We kindly ask that you shower before your treatment for hygiene purpose, this allows the organic oils to absorb into the skin and work their magic.
Please prepare a space for your massage therapist to set up. This should be close to a power socket and include an area for them to lay out their couch with space to move around. The Couch will be disinfected before use.
Consider any medical conditions or allergies your massage therapist should be aware of. Your therapist will send you a online consultation form to be completed within 24hrs of treatment. To ensure the treatment is tailored to your specific needs and any health concerns are to date.
Covid-19 – Your therapist may wear a mask at certain points throughout the treatment, it is an advisory for clients to have a mask to hand for when the therapist gets to the face and scalp area.
You will need to provide your own towels, 2 large towels, 2 hand towels and any covers to keep you warm. We will provide a heated blanket and covers for comfort.
